Song of the Lapwing

On most of my trips, the twittering of a lapwing has been a constant companion. Mostly placid and fascinating, and sometimes incessant and annoying, the song is almost always there. Every time I reminisce about the great outdoors, it is always this song of the lapwing that plays like a background score. This blog is no travel advisory, and is not for the morally inclined. There are 'vulgar' references, some real and others imaginary, in some posts. Read at your own discretion.
